Real pricing
| Room Type | Monthly Rate |
|---|---|
| Shared showers | $500/mo |
| In-building bathroom | $550/mo |
All utilities are included in both rates.
Shared showers vs. an in-building bathroom
The $500/mo rate gets you a private room with shared shower facilities elsewhere in the building. The $550/mo option has an in-building bathroom. Ask which facilities are shared for the specific room before choosing.
Who this actually fits
Man Camp Rooms work well for workers or individuals who want a private, affordable long-term space without needing to bring an RV or rent an entire cabin. It's the smallest footprint option here, and the lowest monthly cost among the long-term choices.
Compare it to the other long-term options
If you want more space or already own an RV, see our furnished RV vs cabin comparison or the empty lot option. The published room rates are $500–$550 per month; the lower rate matches the $500 bring-your-own RV lot price, but the accommodations are different.
