Yes — we have furnished RVs available for long-term rent at $850–$1,300/month, all utilities included. Each unit comes with a bed, kitchen, refrigerator, and stove. Check our Long-Term Stays page for current availability.
Yes! We offer owner financing on select RVs with $2,000–$5,000 down and monthly payments of $350–$750 over 4–5 years. Lot rent of $500/month (all utilities included) is separate. It's a great path to ownership without going through a bank. Call us at 830-222-6003 to learn more.

Man Camp Rooms are private rooms available for long-term rent — ideal for workers, contractors, or anyone needing an affordable, no-fuss place to stay. Rooms are $500/month with access to a shared shower building, or $550/month for rooms in the building that includes its own bathrooms. All utilities included.
We're located at 3660 Tanglewood Trail in Spring Branch, TX 78070 — in the Texas Hill Country north of San Antonio; check your route from your actual starting point. We're also just a short drive from local Spring Branch shops, restaurants, and services.
Yes — we're about 2 miles upstream from Canyon Lake, right where the Guadalupe River meets Rebecca Creek and Schultz Creek. It's an easy trip to the lake while you stay with us in a quieter, more affordable setting.
Yes — Bulverde is a short drive down Highway 46 for everyday shopping and dining, and New Braunfels is a short drive southeast for Schlitterbahn, the Guadalupe River, and downtown Gruene. We're centrally located for exploring the whole Hill Country corridor between Canyon Lake, Bulverde, New Braunfels, and San Antonio.
