What a monthly stay costs here
A bring-your-own RV lot at Rebecca Creek is $500 per month, including electric, water, sewer and WiFi, with a $250 security deposit. Furnished RV rentals are $850–$1,300 per month, and long-term cabins are $850–$1,200 per month, all bills paid.

Compare the complete housing cost
For your own RV, consider the RV payment or purchase cost, maintenance, insurance and transportation as well as lot rent. For a furnished RV or cabin, compare the listed monthly rent, included utilities and any deposit. A lower lot price alone does not tell you the complete cost of living.
Check the fit before planning a move
Have your RV length and electrical requirements ready. Ask which site fits, how arrival works and what the current occupancy, pet and guest policies are. Confirm the agreement, required documents, deposit conditions and notice requirements with the office; do not assume approval or a particular lease term.
Plan for work, errands and connectivity
Rebecca Creek is at 3660 Tanglewood Trail in Spring Branch, north of San Antonio and near the Canyon Lake, Bulverde and New Braunfels area. Check your own commute route at the times you travel. WiFi is included, but coverage can vary across the property; confirm the connection at the specific site if you work remotely.
